Thank you for expressing interest in renting space at the Wildhorse Cinema! Please fill out this form so we can better understand your rental needs.
Please keep in mind:
Wildhorse Cinema requires a $100 deposit to secure the rental. Additionally, a $500 hold cleaning-fee in check form must be provided at least 48 hours before the event. The check will not be cashed unless damages are incurred. Then, a refund amount (if any) will be mailed within 7 days post event. This check can either be dropped off at the theater or mailed to Undiscovered Earth, 1497 Moraine Circle., Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.
Wildhorse Cinema requires any DVD or DCP (Digital Cinema Package) 72 hours in advance of the event to ensure screening quality.
